Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the TicketNova website, hosted Discord bot, staff dashboard, Customer Portal and related support features.

Effective date
3 September 2026
Operator
Jeffrey Services
Country
The Netherlands

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing, configuring or using TicketNova, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be allowed to use Discord and have authority to act for any Discord server you configure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TicketNova provides hosted Discord ticketing, dashboards, Customer Portal access, support workflows, transcripts, automations and administrative tools. Website ticket creation and email notification features are not part of this release. Features may evolve, be limited for security reasons or depend on Discord and hosting availability.

3. Accounts and server administration

Authentication uses Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for securing your Discord account, assigning dashboard roles carefully and reviewing who can access ticket data. Server administrators must configure lawful retention, permissions, channels and notices for their community. Actions performed through an authenticated account are treated as authorized until reported otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TicketNova to break the law, harass others, distribute malware, collect data without a valid purpose, evade security controls, probe private systems, overload the service, impersonate others, expose credentials or process content you have no right to process. Automated access must use provided interfaces and reasonable request rates.

We may block content, webhooks, accounts or servers when reasonably necessary to protect users, Discord, the platform or third parties.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Jeffrey Services the limited permission required to host, transmit, back up and display that content solely to operate and secure the service. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed for content placed in tickets, forms, transcripts, reviews or integrations.

Connected server owners control their server's support content and authorized staff access. Public review visibility and transcript sharing must be used carefully.

6. Third-party services

The service depends on Discord and may use hosting, database and network providers. Their own terms and policies apply. We do not control third-party outages, API changes, account actions or content. External webhook destinations and links are the server administrator's responsibility.

7. Availability, changes and support

We aim to keep TicketNova reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, Discord changes or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary interruption. Administrators should keep appropriate exports or backups for important configuration and must test updates before production use.

8. Intellectual property

The TicketNova software, interface, branding and documentation are owned by or licensed to Jeffrey Services. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may not remove notices, resell unauthorized access or copy protected parts except where applicable law expressly permits it.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Jeffrey Services is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, loss caused by Discord or third parties, unauthorized administrator configuration, or content submitted by users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.

10. Indemnity

If you use the service for an organization or Discord community, you are responsible for claims resulting from your unlawful content, instructions, integrations or material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or remove the bot. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements or non-payment where a paid agreement applies. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy, configured retention and applicable law.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without removing any mandatory rights you have under the law of your usual residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these terms when features, risks or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date appear on this page. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

14. Contact

The service is operated by Jeffrey Services in The Netherlands.
