Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TicketNova processes personal data when you use our Discord bot, staff dashboard, Customer Portal and public website.

1. Overview

Jeffrey Services operates TicketNova. We only process information needed to provide and secure Discord support services. We do not request your Discord email address, sell personal data or use customer data for advertising.

2. Controller and processor roles

For platform accounts, security, service operation and our public website, Jeffrey Services determines why and how data is processed and acts as controller. For ticket content configured and managed by a connected Discord server, that server normally determines the purpose of processing and TicketNova acts as its service provider or processor. Contact the relevant Discord server for questions about its support policies.

3. Data we process

Discord identity

User ID, username, display name, avatar, server membership and role/permission information supplied through Discord OAuth2 or the bot.

Support content

Ticket subjects, form answers, messages, attachments, internal workflow records, participants, transcripts, reviews and callback requests.

Operational data

Server configuration, staff assignments, audit events, panel settings, automation results, response times and incident information.

Technical data

Session identifiers, timestamps, browser and request information, security events, error details and limited diagnostic measurements.

4. Purposes and legal bases

5. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by Discord, hosting/database providers and infrastructure or security providers required to operate TicketNova. Connected Discord servers and authorized support staff can access data within their own server boundary. We do not disclose ticket data to unrelated advertisers.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, the responsible party must use an approved transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Discord's own services are governed by Discord's privacy terms.

6. Retention

Active tickets and messagesKept while needed for support and according to the connected server's configured retention policy.Server controlled.

7. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and complain to your national data-protection authority.

Use Customer Portal → Profile & privacy to download data or submit a request for a specific Discord server. We may need to verify your Discord identity and may retain limited information when legally required or needed to protect other users' rights.

8. Security and cookies

We use Discord OAuth2, HTTP-only session cookies, backend permission checks, server-scoped database queries, rate limits, audit logs and restricted webhook destinations. No system is completely risk-free; report suspected misuse through our support channel.

The website uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and remember security state. TicketNova does not include advertising cookies in this release.

9. Children

TicketNova is intended for people permitted to use Discord under Discord's requirements and applicable law. Connected server owners are responsible for configuring their communities appropriately.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the service or law changes. The current effective date is shown above. Material changes should be communicated through the website or service.
